You need to have 10+2
36 months of sea-service as any rank of deck rating
Last six months of Bridge-Watchkeeping given by master
Company Letter of every contract with RPSL No.
Sea-service letter from master of every ship (36 months)
You need to get the assessment done in MMD (your choice) and 4 months 2nd mate college followed by written and orals.
Additionally the "Join Merchant Navy" tab tells you with the 10+2 qualifications, just select that going all through the way to GP Rating course ...till the end ..which give the reference of the DG Shipping circulars too....
