  2. Are there any pre requisites for getting added into the program ?

    Yes, the Merchant Navy Institute needs to be DG registered and an approved Institute. The courses conducted should be authorised by DG shipping. We also list various value added Merchant Navy Courses which do not require DG approval.

  3. What are the paid services offered by JAHAJEE.com ?

    JAHAJEE.com is presently providing two (2) paid services to Marine training Institutes.
    I) IOPT-1 and
    II) IOPT-2

  4. How does one avails IOPT-1 or IOPT-2 services?

    To avail any of the above services:

    1. Anyone affiliated with the Merchant Navy Institute needs to register as a new user.
    2. send us an e-mail at support@jahajee.com or jahajee.com@gmail.com with:
      1. Your "User Id" i.e. the id which needs to be activated.
      2. The Merchant Navy Institute you are affiliated to.
      3. Details for the services requested i.e. IOPT-1 or IOPT-2 or both.
      4. Details of payment i.e. your account number, account holders name, bank details and transaction id in case of internet banking.

  5. How does JAHAJEE.com authenticate an Institutional user ?

    We request all Merchant Navy Institute to provide us the scanned copy of DG Approval letter for the Shipping Courses. We also confirm the Phone number provided by the user both by calling as well as checking our record for that Institute.

  6. What are the charges for the paid services ?

  7. How long does it take to get the account activated ?

    Time taken to activate an Institutional account will depend on the mode of payment and the payment getting credited in JAHAJEE.com's account. Once we receive a request for activation we will keep the institute informed about the progress of the request.

  8. What is the mode of Payment accepted by you ?
