"You" shall mean any person, partnership firm or such other organisation affiliated to any Merchant Navy training Institute authorised by JAHAJEE.com to use the service.

"Service" and "Services" shall mean all the services made available by JAHAJEE.com through its website including but not limited to IOPT-1 and IOPT-2 services and other services which may be included from time to time.
"Charges" shall inter alia include all fees, charges/tariffs, costs and rates chargeable by JAHAJEE.com from time to time for providing you with the services.

Welcome to the JAHAJEE.com Advertise Institute Online Program (the "Program") Additional Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions"). Your use of the Service is subject to these Additional Terms which supplement the JAHAJEE.com Terms of Service ("TOS"), incorporated by reference. JAHAJEE.com reserves the right to update and change, from time to time, these Additional Terms and all documents incorporated by reference. You can always find the most recent version of these Additional Terms here and the most recent version of the TOS at the URL, located at http://www.jahajee.com/termsofservice.php, or such other URL as JAHAJEE.com may provide from time to time. In the event of any inconsistency between these Additional Terms and the TOS, these Additional Terms shall control.

You agree to advertise only your affiliated Merchant Navy Institute, its offered Merchant Navy Courses, fees charged and seats available and any other relevant details reasonably appropriate for those courses and your Merchant Navy Institute. You shall not display any other irrelevant advertisements/posts on the space/web pages provided to you by the Program.

JAHAJEE.com gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the software that is provided to you by JAHAJEE.com as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by JAHAJEE.com, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

Your access to and use of the Services or any Content is at your own risk. You understand and agree that the Services is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Without limiting the foregoing, JAHAJEE.com AND ITS PARTNERS DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We make no warranty and disclaim all responsibility and liability for the completeness, accuracy, availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Services or any content thereon. JAHAJEE.com will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from your access to or use of the Services, or any Content. You also agree that JAHAJEE.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion of, or the failure to store or to transmit, any Content and other communications maintained by the Services. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. • You shall not use the Services for the following activities:
  1. Irrelevant posts, messages and details not pertaining to your Merchant Navy Institute or offered Merchant Navy Courses.
  2. rent, sell, or share personal information about users of JAHAJEE.com, who applies to your Merchant Navy Institute for any Merchant Navy Course, with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services they have requested.
  3. any improper, immoral, abusive, fraudulent or unlawful purposes or for the sending of any communication or storing of any information which is of an offensive, abusive, indecent, obscene, threatning, harrasing, or menacing nature;
  4. causing, nor knowingly allow others to cause, any nuisance annoyance or inconvenience whether to JAHAJEE.com or to any of JAHAJEE.com Customers/Users or other persons;
  5. the storing or dissemination of information which does not belong to you and which can be held to infringe the rights of a third party including another person’s copyright or other intellectual property rights (unless with the prior consent of such third party).
  6. access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Services, JAHAJEE.com’s computer systems, or the technical delivery systems of JAHAJEE.com's providers;
  7. probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measures;
  8. access or search or attempt to access or search the Services by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available, published interfaces that are provided by JAHAJEE.com (and only pursuant to those terms and conditions), unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with JAHAJEE.com (NOTE: crawling the Services is permissible if done in accordance with the provisions of the robots.txt file, however, scraping the Services without the prior consent of JAHAJEE.com is expressly prohibited);
  9. forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive or false source-identifying information;
  10. interfere with, or disrupt, (or attempt to do so), the access of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing the Services, or by scripting the creation of Content in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.
  11. to assign/transfer/resell/lease/rent or create any charge/lien on the service ,without prior permission of JAHAJEE.com
  JAHAJEE.com reserves its right to withdraw its services in such circumstances. Any such infringement or misuse shall under no circumstances be attributed to JAHAJEE.com. You shall be solely responsible for all such acts.
  You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless JAHAJEE.com and its officials/representatives against all suits, costs, damages or claims of any kind arising out of any act or omission (including infringement or violation of copyright) or misuse of the service by you or any other person with or without your consent.
• Upon registering with JAHAJEE.com you provide your personal information including your name, date of birth, etc. You acknowledge that providing false information is a fraudulent act and if JAHAJEE.com determines such personal information to be false, JAHAJEE.com shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement without any liability to you. It is your responsibility to notify JAHAJEE.com of any changes to your personal details and for keeping your details retained by JAHAJEE.com up to date.
• You agree that JAHAJEE.com may use Your name and logo in presentations, marketing materials, customer lists and financial reports. You may not use JAHAJEE.com's name in any news release, public announcement, advertisement, or other form of publicity in relation to this Agreement without securing the prior written consent of JAHAJEE.com.
• You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any content you provide to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services and through third party services and websites . You should only provide content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
• You understand that your Content may be rebroadcasted by our partners and if you do not have the right to submit Content for such use, it may subject you to liability. JAHAJEE.com will not be responsible or liable for any use of your Content in accordance with these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any Content that you submit.
• You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols) with your account. JAHAJEE.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.
• You retain your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying Content on or through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed).
• You guarantee confidentiality of information provided to you by JAHAJEE.com under these services. You will not rent, sell, or share personal information, about any user/candidate applying for any Merchant Navy Course in your Merchant Navy Institute, with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services they have requested.
• You also agree to provide further information as and when demanded by JAHAJEE.com and to comply with all directions, guidelines, instructions etc. issued by JAHAJEE.com relating to the service and any/all matters connected to the services of JAHAJEE.com

• JAHAJEE.com has no liability whatsoever as concerns the JAHAJEE.com Recharge Voucher or the provision of the Services.
• JAHAJEE.com may not be held liable for damage resulting from intervention by a third party, including any governmental, regulatory or administrative body.
• Under no circumstances shall JAHAJEE.com be held liable for indirect or intangible damage, such as additional costs, loss of income on profits, loss of customers, loss or damage of data and loss of contracts.
• JAHAJEE.com will not be liable to perform any obligations or provide the Services because of any event of force majeure, i.e. any factor outside its control, including but not limited to Acts of God, industrial action, default or failure of a third party, war, governmental action, or by any act or decision made by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• All Content, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content. We may not monitor or control the Content posted via the Services and, we cannot take responsibility for such Content. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
• JAHAJEE.com may provide aggregate statistics about Our Services, competitions, clients, traffic patterns, and other site information to third parties, provided that a single person is not identifiable in such data.
• JAHAJEE.com and its representatives reserve the right to seek/verify the particulars provided in this agreement and/or in any other forms submitted to JAHAJEE.com. The permission to use this service is at the sole discretion of JAHAJEE.com and JAHAJEE.com reserves the right to reject any application/request, for any reason without any liability whatsoever. JAHAJEE.com reserves the right to withdraw the service if the information is found to be incorrect at any point of time and the balance amount on the Account will not be refunded.

You may terminate this Agreement with or without cause at any time by sending written notice of your desire to cancel your participation in the Program to support@JAHAJEE.com. This Agreement will be deemed terminated within ten (10) business days of JAHAJEE.com's receipt of your notice. JAHAJEE.com may investigate any activity that may violate this Agreement. JAHAJEE.com may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate all or part of the Program, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate the participation of any Property in all or part of the Program for any reason.

JAHAJEE.com does not guarantee the Program will be operable at all times or during any down time (i) caused by outages to any public Internet backbones, networks or servers, (ii) for previously scheduled maintenance or (iii) relating to events beyond JAHAJEE.com’s (or its wholly owned subsidiaries’) control such as strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war, governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where JAHAJEE.com (or its wholly owned subsidiaries) are located or co-located.

Occasionally the Services may become unavailable due to requirements for upgrading, modification, maintenance or other necessary works relating to the Services. At these times the Services may be temporarily unavailable and JAHAJEE.com shall endeavour to keep any period of non-availability to a minimum. JAHAJEE.com shall have no liability for any such periods of unavailability.

EXCEPT FOR ANY INDEMNIFICATION AND CONFIDENTIALITY OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER OR YOUR BREACH OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND/OR PROPRIETARY INTERESTS RELATING TO THE PROGRAM, IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY.
Each party acknowledges that the other party has entered into this Agreement relying on the limitations of liability stated herein and that those limitations are an essential basis of the bargain between the parties. Without limiting the foregoing, neither party shall have any liability for any failure or delay resulting from any condition beyond the reasonable control of such party, including but not limited to governmental action or acts of terrorism, earthquake or other acts of God, labor conditions, and power failures.

JAHAJEE.com's maximum liability arising out of or in connection with JAHAJEE.com website or your use of the program, content, regardless of the cause of action (whether in contract, tort, breach of warranty or otherwise), will be limited to the extent of the amount paid by You.

JAHAJEE.com may change its charges, pricing and/or payment structure at any time. The charges, payments made under this Agreement are for use by You only and may not be transferred or in any manner passed on to any third party unless expressly authorized in writing by JAHAJEE.com (including by electronic mail). A description of the Charges and payments methods, can be obtained by requesting us at the following email id : billing@jahajee.com

1. You pay for the use of the Services by activating/recharging your Institutional User account. You do this by purchasing JRV by :
   a) online mode at JAHAJEE.com and loading credit onto your account or
   b) by the offline mode (including but not limited to Cheques, Bank drafts and Net/Cash transfer)
   as mentioned in www.jahajee.com/services/institutes/showbank.php
2. You can recharge your account using a JRV at any time after registration including during any validity period.
   If the recharge takes place before the end of a validity period or within three (3) months following the validity period ("grace period"), the credit unused (residual credit) at the time of the recharge will be added to the credit contained on the JRV. No residual credit will be carried forward and shall lapse if the recharge is done after expiry of such grace period for carry forward of residual credit. Further, in case the service is not recharged within the grace period for recharge mentioned on the charges webpage (after the expiry of the validity period) the service stands cancelled.
   Each time you recharge your account during the validity period, the validity period shall be extended for a further period as mentioned in the charges webpage under the above conditions.
3. Where you have used a JRV to recharge credit for the use of a service, that credit can only be used for use with the Services and you shall not be entitled to receive any cash refund for any outstanding credit remaining on your account at any time, including where you fail to use the Services during a validity period and the Agreement is terminated.
4. Your pre-payments via JRV are not repayable by JAHAJEE.com nor is interest payable on any credit on your account.
5. JAHAJEE.com reserves the right to offer the JRV as a multi function credit voucher that can be redeemed for multiple services (if any) including but not limited to IOPT-1 and IOPT-2 Service.
6. You can utilise JRV that may be available online at JAHAJEE.com from time to time, on the terms and conditions as per this agreement for refilling/extending the validity of the Service. JAHAJEE.com reserves the right to refuse such refilling/validity extension of any service at its discretion.
7. JRV will be available in different denominations, as may be decided by JAHAJEE.com details of which will be mentioned in the charges webpage.
8. Charges will be as per the prevailing tariff applicable for the service at the time of usage of the service. The break-up of the charges payable/paid by you & the validity period for this agreement are provided online at www.jahajee.com/services/institutes/charges.php or as notified from time to time by JAHAJEE.com.
9. The charges are non-refundable in any circumstances whatsoever & are inclusive of service tax and other taxes, if any, payable. Any increase/addition/introduction in taxes and/or levy of any taxes, levies, duties or any other statutory charges etc.(present/future) shall be to your account without any notice to you and shall at all times be deemed to be part of tariff.
10. The service is valid from the date of acceptance of this terms and conditions. In case of recharge the service, the validity period shall be computed from the date of that recharge.
11. JAHAJEE.com is entitled to change, vary, add or withdraw any or all services and/or to vary the charges/prices, tariff, validity, any other terms and conditions and billing conditions relating to these services at its sole discretion and without notice.

The Services that JAHAJEE.com provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that JAHAJEE.com provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, JAHAJEE.com may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice. We also retain the right to create limits on use and storage at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice to you.

Tariff, validity, any other terms and conditions applicable to the service and billing conditions relating to the Services are subject to change without any prior notice. Changes will be posted on the www.jahajee.com/services/institutes/charges.php following such changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check this JAHAJEE.com website for any changes affecting the Services and their use. Should the changes adversely affect rates, term and/or conditions set forth in this Agreement, you will have the right to terminate this Agreement. However, no refund will be made in the event of such termination. By continuing to use the Services after JAHAJEE.com makes any changes in relation to above, you agree to these changes. If you are not happy with any of these changes then you may not have to continue to recharge your account for using this service.

You represent and warrant that (a) all of the information provided by You to JAHAJEE.com to enroll in the Program is correct and current; (b) You are the owner of Merchant Navy training Institute or You are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of such Merchant Navy training Institute for the purposes of this Agreement and the Program; (c) You have all necessary right, power, and authority to enter into this Agreement and to perform the acts required of You hereunder; and (d) You have complied and will continue to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations in your performance of any acts hereunder. You further represent and warrant that each picture and any material displayed therein: (i) comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations; (ii) do not breach and have not breached any duty toward or rights of any person or entity including, without limitation, rights of intellectual property, publicity or privacy, or rights or duties under consumer protection, product liability, tort, or contract theories; and (iii) are not pornographic, hate-related or otherwise violent in content.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold JAHAJEE.com, its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, and applicable third parties (e.g. relevant advertisers, syndication partners, licensors, licensees, consultants and contractors) (collectively "Indemnified Person(s)") harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liability, loss, and expense (including damage awards, settlement amounts, and reasonable legal fees), brought against any Indemnified Person(s), arising out of, related to or which may arise from your use of the Program, the Property(ies), and/or your breach of any term of this Agreement.

You acknowledge that JAHAJEE.com owns all right, title and interest, including without limitation all Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below), in and to the Program, and that You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the Program except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any JAHAJEE.com services, software, or documentation, or create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product through use of or access to the Program or proprietary information related thereto. You will not remove, obscure, or alter JAHAJEE.com's copyright notice, Brand Features, or other proprietary rights notices affixed to or contained within any JAHAJEE.com services, software, or documentation.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means any and all rights existing from time to time under patent law, copyright law, semiconductor chip protection law, moral rights law, trade secret law, trademark law, unfair competition law, publicity rights law, privacy rights law, and any and all other proprietary rights, as well as, any and all applications, renewals, extensions, restorations and re-instatements thereof, now or hereafter in force and effect worldwide.

JAHAJEE.com may retain and use, subject to the terms of the JAHAJEE.com Privacy Policy (located at http://www.JAHAJEE.com/privacypolicy.htm, or such other URL as JAHAJEE.com may provide from time to time), all information you provide, including but not limited to Merchant Navy Institute demographics and contact and billing information. You agree that JAHAJEE.com may transfer and disclose to third parties personally identifiable information about you for the purpose of approving and enabling your participation in the Program, including to third parties that reside in jurisdictions with less restrictive data laws than your own. JAHAJEE.com may also provide information in response to valid legal process, such as subpoenas, search warrants and court orders, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. JAHAJEE.com disclaims all responsibility, and will not be liable to you, however, for any disclosure of that information by any such third party. JAHAJEE.com may share non-personally-identifiable information about you, including Merchant Navy Institute's URLs, Merchant Navy Institute specific statistics and similar information collected by JAHAJEE.com, with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties.

JAHAJEE.com respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us. If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: (i) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf; (ii) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; (iii) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (iv) your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address; (v) a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (vi) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
We reserve the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice and at our sole discretion. In appropriate circumstances, JAHAJEE.com will also terminate a user’s account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer. You hereby waive and agree to continue waiving any/all claims for any loss, delays, costs, expenses, fees, judgements, damages, direct, incidental or consequential arising out of any mistakes, omissions, interruptions, delays, errors, defects or other failures with respect to JAHAJEE.com or the billing arrangements.

All right, title, and interest in and to the Services (excluding Content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of JAHAJEE.com and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the India and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the JAHAJEE.com name or any of the JAHAJEE.com trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding JAHAJEE.com, or the Services is entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you.

Because user authentication on the Internet is difficult, JAHAJEE.com cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings or control the authenticity of participants on Jahajee.com Website, in the event that You have a dispute with one or more Users, You release JAHAJEE.com (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential, direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

The parties agree that they will try in good faith to settle any conflict within sixty (60) days any dispute relating to this Agreement ("Dispute"). If the Dispute is not resolved within sixty (60) days after such Dispute arose, the Dispute must be resolved by arbitration. There will be one arbitrator selected by mutual agreement of the parties. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the place of arbitration will be in Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. Either party may, without waiving any remedy under this Agreement, apply to court located within Dhanbad, India, having jurisdiction for any interim, provisional or injunctive relief necessary to protect the rights or property of that party until the arbitration award is rendered or the Dispute is otherwise resolved. Any decision rendered by the arbitral tribunal will be final and binding on the parties, and judgment thereon may be entered by any court of competent jurisdiction. The parties agree that all arbitral proceedings conducted pursuant to this Section, including the existence of any arbitral proceedings and information disclosed in the course of such arbitral proceedings, will be considered confidential information, not to be disclosed to third paries. The parties may, however, disclose such information to an appropriate court under confidentiality restrictions, as is necessary to seek enforcement of any award rendered by the arbitral tribunal or to seek any relief permitted under the terms hereof. If any provision herein is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

You and Jahajee.com are independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this Agreement.

The headings and subheadings herein are included for convenience and identification only and are not intended to describe, interpret, define or limit the scope, extent or intent of this agreement, terms and conditions, notices, or the right to use this service by you contained herein or any other section or pages of JAHAJEE.com Websites or its partner websites or any provision hereof in any manner whatsoever.

Merchant Navy training Institutes participating in the Advertise Institute Online program are additionally required to adhere to the following policies. We ask that you read these policies carefully and refer to this document often. If you fail to comply with these policies, we may disable your Advertise Institute Online program account. While in many cases we prefer to work with Merchant Navy Institutes to achieve policy compliance, we reserve the right to disable any account at any time. If your account is disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in the Advertise Institute Online program.
Please note that we may change our policies at any time, and pursuant to our Terms and Conditions, it is your responsibility to keep up to date with and adhere to the policies posted here.
Merchant Navy Institutes participating in the Advertise Institute Online program should not display or write :

1. Violent content, racial intolerance, or advocacy against any individual, group, or organization
2. Pornography, adult, or mature content
3. Hacking/cracking content

2. Are there any pre requisites for getting added into the program ?

   Yes, the Merchant Navy Institute needs to be DG registered and an approved Institute. The courses conducted should be authorised by DG shipping. We also list various value added Merchant Navy Courses which do not require DG approval.

4. How does one avails IOPT-1 or IOPT-2 services?

   To avail any of the above services:
   

   1. Anyone affiliated with the Merchant Navy Institute needs to register as a new user.
   2. send us an e-mail at support@jahajee.com or jahajee.com@gmail.com with:
      1. Your "User Id" i.e. the id which needs to be activated.
      2. The Merchant Navy Institute you are affiliated to.
      3. Details for the services requested i.e. IOPT-1 or IOPT-2 or both.
      4. Details of payment i.e. your account number, account holders name, bank details and transaction id in case of internet banking.

5. How does JAHAJEE.com authenticate an Institutional user ?

   We request all Merchant Navy Institute to provide us the scanned copy of DG Approval letter for the Shipping Courses. We also confirm the Phone number provided by the user both by calling as well as checking our record for that Institute.

6. What are the charges for the paid services ?

7. How long does it take to get the account activated ?

   Time taken to activate an Institutional account will depend on the mode of payment and the payment getting credited in JAHAJEE.com's account. Once we receive a request for activation we will keep the institute informed about the progress of the request.
