Age limit to join Merchant Navy

Hello I am Atul. I am a graduate through correspondence, and there was a gap of 4 years between my 10+2 and graduation.
I am 28 years old. What is the age limit to join Merchant Navy ?
I want to ask whether can I join merchant navy and what is the procedure..
I am 10+2 with science.

  Maximum Age limit to join Merchant Navy is 25 years for Graduates. You can get most details at Join Merchant Navy after Graduation.
  
  The age limit does get relaxed if you ignore your Graduation and intend to Join Merchant Navy after 12. The Age limit for joining Merchant Navy as an Electrical officer in merchant navy is 35 years after doing ETO Courses in India.
