Basic and Advanced courses dilemna


Guys need some advice
I have old FPFF 95 certificate (7 yrs old now) and a new AFF 2010 certificate
My company is asking me to get a FPFF 2010 certificate.

Wanted to ask that am I eligible to do one day FPFF+AFF RF 2010/FPFF RF 2010 course or will I have to do a 3 day course to get a new FPFF 2010 certificate

Same question goes for PST
