Applying for B Sc nautical sciences degree after DNS

Hi!
I am from 1st batch of IMU batch. Can anyone please tell me what do i need to do to get my Bsc Nautical science degree. I have given my 2nd mate exams and cleared IMU sem 3-4-5 exams.
My main doubt is, IS IT MANDATORY TO CLEAR THE ORALS TO GET THE DEGREE OF
