Dear jahajee website, Please accept my sincere thanks in advance as you have always been very kind and informative.Really you have guided me when I'm confused. I have one query.I had successfully applied for my cdc renewal sticker about 2 yrs back.So i have renewal sticker validy till 2025.My cdc was old type with staple pins.Now my problem is its front hard cover has come out.So i had to stick it with glue.Though after sticking it looks absolutely fine .But now my company is suggesting me to apply for new type booklet type cdc. kindly guide me again the full procedure for my case or circumstances.Do i have to send my original cdc by post .

0 also which category my application will fall in....Imean should i appy under Renewal CDC OR REPLACEMENT CDC ....OR Duplicate cdc...my current cdc is old type staple pin type....its valid till 2025 and have many blank pages,,,I wish to get new booklrt type cdc.,,,,thanking u in advance
