called up several times for several days, nobody picks up & when finally somebody picked up he said to call between (12 pm - 1 pm).
called next day between 12-1, the guy said please come to mumbai personally & enquire.
next week personally visited mumbai, all the way from delhi.
just try if they can help you over the phone itself. rest is all luck. - X
0 i am extremely sorry for what happened with you. dgshipping is the worst organise i have ever faced. now a days they are accepting call only on 3-4 pm. I had a telephonic conversation with them regarding my cdc just two days ago.
