Duplicate cdc
I had lost my Indian cdc so I applied for duplicate on 30th November. It's been a month and the status still shows, 'under process' . What should I do. I had to pass on two job opportunities because of it. No one picks calls at shipping master office and no replies from help desk. Any suggestions. I had applied for it online
