GMDSS Endorsement- Renewal
Dear Colleagues, Kindly advise the latest procedure for renewal of GMDSS Endorsement at Mumbai MMD. My GMDSS booklet is valid till June'19 but Endorsement is due to expire in Dec'16. Also, whether renewal procedure and fee payment is completely online or need to go to MMD personally like before. Many thanks.
