Hi Gagan , this is very helpful, could u please advise the email id to whom you sent the documents at MMD mumbai. In my case the new DCE sealed envelope received from Speed post has been lost and i do not have the copy / document no of the certificate. Can i apply for the new DCE instead? Would be grateful for your help and if possible can u advise yr ph. no or please kindly call me on 8076354159. Its really urgent and i am not getting assitance from any corners. Many thanks - Ashish
