How long does it take to get the COC revalidated from Mumbai

Hi!
My Master's COC is expiring in Sep this year,so I am planning to revalidate it during this vacation.
I have already updated all my STCW courses and have my GMDSS COC renewed as well.
I understand that I have to attend a 11 day master's revalidation course from a recognised institute and then I can apply to MMD for a new COC.

I would like to know how long does it take to get the COC after applying at MMD.
Also , I heard that some Institutes apply for the COC on your behalf. I would like to know which institutes provide this facility in Mumbai.
