Is a deck cadet eligible for navigational watchkeeping certificate
Hi,
I have done a sea-time of 19 months with a renowned company. And I have done my advanced courses along with GMDSS course. But due to some reasons I have to join ship once again. I have got a company which is ready to board me as AB, but not deck cadet, which is I am fine with.
Now my query is that, as to join as an AB I need to have watch-keeping certificate. So, am I eligible for that?
Please help me with this query.
