KOTC Life onboard

Anybody have details about KOTC? I have got an offer to join KOTC...I know its a big tanker company but would like to know how is it onboard their fleet from anyone who have already sailed with them.

  Yes KOTC or Kuwait Oil Tanker Corp. is one of biggest tanker companies. Its a great company to work and disadvantage or advantage (whichever way you take it) as follows

  1. Mixed Crew on-board of variable nationality
     
  2. Mostly Indian or similar food
     
  3. Good support from company
     
  4. Manning through RPSL approved companies
     
  5. Very slow promotion (common with big companies)
     
  6. Timely sign off on most ships
     
  7. Good Ship management
