I am a 2nd Engineer.
I GOT MY MEO CLASS 2 COC IN MARCH 2012. I DID MY EFA, FPFF, PST, PSSR COURSE IN 2004
PSCRB, AFF, MFA COURSE IN 2006, SSO COURSE IN 2014.
- WHICH MINIMUM STCW 2010 COURSES ARE REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY ?
- BEFORE WHICH DATE I SHOULD RE-VALIDATE, 31st DEC 2015 OR 31st DEC 2016 ?

Theoretically you can avoid most of these courses till 31st Dec 2016.
However, Refresher MFA Course is bare minimum which you require for Engine Department for time being, but its an MLC requirement and not STCW 2010. We have explained this in STCW 2010.
SSO Refresher course is required for Management level in many shipping company in India, however you have done it in 2014 which should be valid till 2019.
Also note, you will need to do Revalidation course for Engineer Officers later for Indian COC Revalidation. This course includes Refresher MFA. We highly recommend you to check seatime calculator to know which all courses are included in it ! Best of luck friend.
