NEW COC (STCW-2010) ISSUE PROCEDURE with MATE'S (PH-1 & PH-2) done as per STCW-95
I have done chief mates phase-1 and phase-2 as per STCW-95. However, I also have completed refresher training courses per STCW-2010 ( PST, PSCRB, SSCO, PSSR, AFF - All Refresher Training Courses).
I am yet to apply for a COC.
In such a case,
Do I need "11 days UPGRADATION COURSE" to get STCW-2010 COC? OR I can apply for STCW-2010 COC basis all the REFRESHER COURSES.?
Request advice.
