Which MMD is best for 2nd mate orals, for B.Sc. Cadet?


I have done B.Sc.Nautical Sciences and completed my cadetship(12months).I am doing courses at mumbai. Will be finishing by mid august.
Just wanted to know which MMD is best for 2nd mate orals for a degree cadet.
Im unaware of present situation at different MMDs. but 2years back came to know through a senior that there were some restrictions for degree cadets at Delhi MMD.
