Procedure for Revalidation of COC if dont have sailing time of 1 years in 5 years

Hi,
I wanted to ask what are the options- if sea-time is less than 1 year(9 Months) on a valid COC (5 Years) .
How to Re-validate the COC.
What are the available options ?
If anyone is aware kindly guide
