REQUIREMENT FOR ADVANCE COURSES STCW
Sir , I am a deck cadet and recently i have completed 9 months of my sea time and now i need more 9 months of sailing . I have STCW 95 which is expiring end of this year. So i need to do fresher courses STCW2010 but my question is that can i do advance STCW courses directly instead of doing STCW freshers . Please guide me ..
