ROC , ARPA course to conducted like GMDSS course
It is said that the ROC , ARPA (Fresher), ECDIScourses to be conducted like GMDSS exam . Does any one have any circular from DG about such changes ???.i was unable to locate such circulars in their websites. It is also said that this will be implemented from june 2016.
