Dear, Rishi Kashyap, I have seen your sample copy of RTI application to DG shipping, through head post master Dhanbad.
Can you tell me the procedure , for applying RTI APPLICATION TO DG SHIPPING. The RTI application on dated 6/6/2015 of yours having the PO (Postal Order) NO 29F855725, is payable to whom ?
If I want to apply my RTI application to DG Shipping through head post master of my area what are the steps I have to do ? The PO will be payable to whom ?

0 Hi friend, your 1st Right to Information (RTI) application has to go the the Public Information Officer (PIO) of DG Shipping. I have detailed the complete procedure at RTI for Passport, which should be same for any government organization including DG Shipping.
For DG Shipping, a 10 rupees Postal Order (PO) needs to be in the name of "PIO, DG Shipping". I will try to explain in detail the procedure in few weeks, really sorry, busy with normal choirs of life ! However you can read few tips I wrote under How to file RTI Application for Passport.
I also suggest you to try, Online RTI, as few users have given positive feedback about it and getting their work done (I myself intend to try it soon). Just choose "Ministry of Shipping" under the selection option. You can pay the fees too online.
