RTI FOR PASSPORT - WHY NOW ??

If you are wondering why this post about RTI for Passport now then the reason is that I signed off in Mid July and received the reply from Central Information Commission (CIC) for my RTI complaint for Passport which I mentioned in Point 2 under "Public Information Officer (PIO) REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY RTI APPLICATION FOR PASSPORT".
While I am still awaiting its response and have never done anything after our First Appellate authority application, it shows that RTI is effective just that with so many RTI application it takes it own time and is the best test of your patience .... ;-)
I checked the Central Information Commission Website and was amazed that nearly 5000 RTI applications every quarter gets decided anyways as we say in India "Yahan dair hai par andher nahin" ;-).

While applying for My RTI for Passport to Central Information Commission (CIC) on their website, I chose to help them in research also, so am also sharing this information wih all.
