Falling short of required sea time for revalidation of GOC and COC

So I got my 2mfg COC and GOC in 2012, . I started sailing in container ships...until 2014..but then i quit the job, due to some personal reasons, and was working on land in a private firm .  Now i thought of updating my COC and GOC as per the new STCW 2010 amendments....but it seems i have not completed the sailing time of one year, rather 11 months only in the last 5 years.   i need...
