Renewal of first mates coc(fg) without sailing time in last 5 yrs.

Please tell me which preparatory course do i have to do to revalidate
my First mate (FG) COC in addition to the required STCW refresher &
modular courses.
I would like to avoid giving my orals again if possible.
My COC expired in Jan' 2012.
My last sailing was in June' 2009. I have not sailed in the last 5 yrs.
