GMDSS Renewal online registration problem in WPC website ?


I am a 2/O holding GMDSS GOC. I would like to renew my certificate as it is expiring on 19/04/2016. But while registering with WPC website I am facing problems while selecting licence type.

I have Selected "GMDSS general operator certificate & License to operate" in License Type section from the drop down menu, and entered the previous license number on that particular section...
