Good Day Sir,

My brother is a 3 rd officer in car carrier. (Indian CDC, has 2 nd mate licence) .He has 24 months sailing experience.i would like to know what are the opportunities in shores for him right now. It can be within India or abroad.

I would be thankful if you kindly give some suggestions.
