  I got my Yellow Fever Vaccination at the Port Health Organization, Chennai yesterday.
  Firstly there is no need for prior appointment and the procedure is simple.
  You need to be there at least before 9:00AM and stand in the 'Q'.
  They accept candidates in batches of 10 only (e.g. if there are a total of 55 guys, the last 5 would have to come the next Monday or Wednesday but if there are 60, then everyone can get vaccinated). So I suggest you be there well ahead of time.
  Their gate closes at 10:30 AM.
  By 11:00 AM you will be called and given a form as per your 'Q' sequence.
  After filling the form, the fees of Rs.300/- is collected on the 1st floor.
  Then you can get the vaccination and the certificate at the ground floor and it's bye bye for the next 10 years..
