STCW 2010 High Voltage endorsement for C/E, 2/E CoC


Hi, does anybody have any information on getting the High Voltage endorsement on STCW 2010 Engine CoC? At present MMD is stamping the CoC, limiting the date till 01.Jan.2017, for sailing on vessels with high voltage.
