Validity of 1MFG phase 1 & 2 college certificate

hello all ,
i have question regarding the validity of the 1MFG phase 1 & 2 college cert , actually i completed my phs 1 in 2008 & phs2 in 2009 but due to my personal i was not able to attend the exams n finish , neither have i complted my orals , i would like to know is there a specific time before which i have to complete my exams , n if not , do i have to do my classes again ,...
