bsc nautical science degree certificate

I have completed my 2nd mates FG and I have my degree results with me. I have completed my bsc in june 2012 and i have still not received my degree certificate. I have also sent demand draft in favour of ignou. i have been contacting the ignou university but there is no response from them. kindly help me to track my degree.
