can my cdc be updated from gp rating to dns

sir...i did my gp rating in 2013 and have a indian cdc and an indos no of gp rating...but later i decided to do d.n.s for the same indos no...i want to ask that what cdc will i get...or will they upadate my cdc for deck cadet?
