GMDSS GOC renewal postal address ?


Hi my last renewal is from New Delhi, but the confusion is whether to send GMDSS GOC renewal application to head office or RLO office in New Delhi?

My GOC is old. There were no RLO when 1st renewed. So where should I send my application ?
