GMDSS GOC renewal issue


I Have applied for my GMDSS GOC renewal on 18/07/2009. I already got cert of renewal dated 20/08/2009. This cert is expiring on 03/08/2014.

Now I want to apply online for my GMDSS GOC renewal again but WPC site still showing my 2009 application "Under process" and so I can not proceed further with online application.
