Value of seatime on ship less than 300 grt like a tug boat

Sir,

I am a cadet and holding a Belize CDC, I am a fresher and done my pre-sea training. I have just joined a shipping company as cadet in Iran with a one year contract. The company owns a tug ship (127 grt and barge 588 grt). This is my first time as cadet. I have doubt as to the validity  and recognition of my sea time of this smaller types of ships. Can some one enlighten me...
