Indian CoC or Panama CoC


Hello seniors, pls guide me through this. Shld i invest approx 2 years for an Indian 2nd mate COC or opt for a Panama COC? Will there be any difference in job availability, salary offered ? What you respected seniors suggest? Thank you in advance.
