Detected with polycystic kidney disease-where can I get job

Hi
When I joined college I was physically fit but it appears that I have polycystic kidney and am not getting a job in most of the companies who check the ailment.

A brief about the disease: I am in the nascent stage and have about 25 more years at least before it starts creating health problems.

I have tried reaching multiple companies, I am selected at the first instant...
