Have improved the Oral Exams Section.
# Categorized the Oral Exam section with Ranks and list of all Questions (All Surveyor) can be found under each.
# Now users can report for duplicate questions too ! Question list under any particular Surveyor now have link for reporting irrelevant or repeated Questions. Thanks to aks00791 and anupam for this feedback.
# The Examination Center too can be added by the mariners now. JAHJEE.com will monitor and might moderate the Centers/Surveyors added.
# "ADD YOUR QUESTIONS" page simplified. Now mariners do not need to select from previously added questions. While adding the questions the previous asked questions will suggest in the dropdown and users can directly select from the suggested list. Hope this simplifies the procedure to add the MMD/MCA Questions.

Found that the Oral exams section not working in Google Chrome and fixed the same. Thanks for the feedback.
