2nd Mate Indian COC

Dear Sir,
Please advise eligibility criteria for appearing Indian 2nd Mate COC exam. I have a sailing experience of 27 months as a Deck Cadet on FG vessels having Singaporean Flag (Grt 30260 mt) and same has been recorded on my Liberian and Belize CDCs as I did complete my Pre-Sea Deck course from a non DG Approval Maritime Institute.

  STCW requires one to have 36 months but there are lot of if & but of which we are unsure about for Non DG approved colleges. Best of luck.
