Support level DCE for Fresher Cadet from MMD Mumbai
I am a fresher Engine Cadet with Indian CDC but no onboard experience till now,
but where ever I applied they tell me to go and get DCE for Tankers,
but online on esamudra, there is no option for Support level DCE,
it only has options for Opertional level DCE or Management Level DCE that too for COC holders !
Also, when I went to MMD Mumbai, they told me that we only give DCE...

SSO(Ship Security Officer),
STSDSD (Security Training for seafarers with Designated Security Duty)
etc are offered for seamen & from 1st Jan without security course no one is allowed to go onboard.

Problems regarding Seafarer Profile Update on Esamudra
Please Note- Seafarer Profile Update as of now is not work on Internet Explorer version 11 & other browsers
but it will run on Internet Explorer 10 & below
As of now currently the new servers of Esamudra are very unstable & Hangs too often due to the shifting of DG Shipping Office from Mumbai to Kanjurmarg. This will be fixed soon.
