Support level DCE for Fresher Cadet from MMD Mumbai
I am a fresher Engine Cadet with Indian CDC but no onboard experience till now,
but where ever I applied they tell me to go and get DCE for Tankers,
but online on esamudra, there is no option for Support level DCE,
it only has options for Opertional level DCE or Management Level DCE that too for COC holders !
Also, when I went to MMD Mumbai, they told me that we only give DCE support level to persons having AFF Course, but since I am a fresher I only have the basic FPFF Course. Only experienced Seafarers can do AFF.
I even asked Manglam (near MMD Mumbai), he says go to Institute of Marine Engineers India in Nerul or go to The Company of Master Mariners of India in Mumbai,
who will charge you 1600 rupees extra per DCE above the original charge of rupees 3000 per DCE.
I am very confused, please help .....!

2 visit goa mmd for hassle free work!! Last week i applied my dc( oil and gas ) from goa mmd and it came home in 4 working days!! there is no rush no line within 10 min you will be free!! note do not forget to take original documents !!
