Query on Applying for Managemt level DC Endorsement with expired TASCO/CHEMCO certificate.

Kindly clarify, I want to apply mgmt level chemical & Oil DC which expires on Mid of Jan 2016, I am holding TASCO & CHEMCO courses certificates which are done more than 5 yrs before. Is it required redo the TASCO/CHEMCO courses again or its acceptable for continuous sailing grounds on this type of ships?????? for issue of DC endorsement in Chennai MMD. Has any gone through or known...
