Query on Applying for Managemt level DC Endorsement with expired TASCO/CHEMCO certificate.

Kindly clarify, I want to apply mgmt level chemical & Oil DC which expires on Mid of Jan 2016, I am holding TASCO & CHEMCO courses certificates which are done more than 5 yrs before. Is it required redo the TASCO/CHEMCO courses again or its acceptable for continuous sailing grounds on this type of ships?????? for issue of DC endorsement in Chennai MMD. Has any gone through or known of this situation kindly reply. Is required redo of TASCO/CHEMCO again or not???????
