INCOME TAX RULES


Has anyone received notice from Income tax for payment of tax (even after completion of 183 days outside India)- for last year or this year? Does anyone have an update on the  Kolkata HC Ruling and NUSI/MUI  counter to that?
Recently-ruled( In Kolkata HC) that all NRI seafarers should be paying tax as per  bracket!

What is the time taken for Master's FG Indian COC revalidation to STCW 2010 once you submit the papers correctly ? Can one also do the GMDSS endorsement together?
