Indian COC revalidation time at MMD

What is the time taken for Master's FG Indian COC revalidation to STCW 2010 once you submit the papers correctly ? Can one also do the GMDSS endorsement together?

  the Following was the experience (4 days ago) at MMD Mumbai for submitting and getting all documents verified for COC revalidation.
  
  COC Revalidation time at MMD Mumbai

  1. Prior to doing COC renewal you MUST update your GMDSS Endorsement to STCW 2010 GMDSS COC, done online . (Fees to be paid online - then UPLOAD documents  as noted. If they are all in order the GMDSS COC will be delivered / dispatched by post the next day or if option selected is "By HAND", collect the certificate in the afternoon after 1600 hrs.
  2. After having proper GMDSS COC 2010 and Refresher PSCRB, Refresher AFF and 11 day updation and revalidation course for master, pay fees INR 5000/- and submit all documents (including original Sea-time Certificate from Shipping Company in India as per website at MMD Mumbai from 1000hrs to 1300 hrs.
  3. Confirm your original company letter is proper with RPSL Number and your Master checker on DG Shipping website is updated
  4. If all papers are OK, Your COC will be revalidated same day by 1600 hrs.
  Maximum rush is on Monday - Best go on Tuesday to friday.
