I have completed my Bsc Nautical Science want to join as deck cadet. Can some one guide where can I find the reliable and proper opportunities or are there any jobs available after Bsc Nautical Science ?

  As the senior member, respected Jahajee  has given you the relevent information, I would just like to add a little bit of extra to it,
  
  * Keep looking for advertisement in the newspapers,sometimes companies post there.
  
  * It is quite unfortunate that you were not able to get a campus placement,
    it is possible in only two states as if your performance was not up to the level
    expected or your institute was not a proper one.
  
  * It is entirely the responsibility of the institute to arrange for on board training of the trainees, ask your institute to provide such training to you or arrange. You can take any legal help you want.
  
  *You can also directly come in contact with shipping companies for your placement, unfortunately many shipping companies are nowadays not taking candidates at this stage and they have agents to fulfill this job by charging large sum of money, this is quite unfortunate but real.
  
  It is therefore hereby requested to all the aspiring candidates to look for a sponsored course.

  I ahve completed my studies from Coimbatore Marine College(CMC) that name is mentioned in the list in this site. Placements were there in our college when we were in our second year and students were placed also. But on our last yera no companies came and we were not able to attend any interview. That is were all the problems started....

  I would suggest you to follow the steps as guided above and also write an application to the DG Shipping and Your University regarding your status.

  "write an application to DG" ... can you pls put the porocedure in detail so that i can do the same..

  rakeshkrishnan,
  This just means to write an application, if you know how to write a formal application just do that ,mailing address is available on DG's site.This won't give you placement for sure but this will let DG know that what is your condition and his office will respond to you.
