CDC is worn out
My CDC is wearing out. I have stuck it together by tape. I had a problem at a few ports with the PSC. My company is also asking me to renew my CDC. Could you be so kind as to tell me what should i do to get it renewed / replaced ?I would like to do the whole thing online and by post. I am confused if it should be a renewal or replacement. My CDC was issued in Apr 2008 and is expiring in 2018.

0 You will need to get your CDC Replaced. Renewing it will give you CDC Renewal Sticker but still your CDC will remain torn !

Please accept my sincere thanks in advance as you have always been very kind and informative.Really you have guided me when I'm confused.
I have one query.I had successfully applied for my cdc renewal sticker about 2 yrs back.So i have renewal sticker validy till 2025.My cdc was old type with staple pins.Now my problem is its front hard cover has come out.So i had to stick it with glue.Though after sticking it looks absolutely fine .But now my company is suggesting me to apply for new type booklet type cdc.
kindly guide me again the full procedure for my case or circumstances.Thanking you again
