Delay of Indian CDC

i have completed my ETO course from coimbatore marine college on august,2013. our cdc applied on august but till the date no one in our batch received CDC. can any one suggest how much time it take to get cdc on hand? and also esamundra is not opening. and no one is replying to my mail and not receiving call. what should i do? is this the system of DG SHIPPING ?

  1. I was unable to find the exact duration within which you should receive your CDC on their website. For CDC applied through your college ask your college itself to inquire about the status of your CDC !
  2. Please check esamudra problems for details and updates about Esamudra. Presently DG Shipping is shifting their server to Noida as detailed in their Circular and problem will persist for few days more.
  3. Is this the system of DG SHIPPING ? Blatant answer, YES it is, get used to it and welcome to Merchant Navy ;-)

  1. i have contacted with my college from where this cdc applied through. but also they dont know the reason for delay. theye have suggested us to contact with dg shipping office. when someof my frnd try to talk with dg cdc cell they dont bother to give any information regarding it.
  2. the student of GME from cmc who have pass out on august got their cdc on 1st week of NOVEMBER.

  Friend you can try using RTI, I used RTI for passport, may be you can be guided from my experience. Best of luck.

  as you know that till the date i didn't received my cdc. can you tell me that how to get ETO COC? as i got my eto course certificate from CMC but is it necesary to hold COC from mmd? if eto coc is needed then how to get it as i am a fresher? when will i can apply for it? please suggest it ?
