Help regarding sea farer registration

I am fresher, when I tried registering at dgs website for seafarers it showed successful but later on in didn't receive the password in my mail. I tried again by clicking forgot password button, which again showed my password has been sent to my email.  But after a number of re-tries I've not been able to receive any single email. Please help as I require print outs for my dc endorsements exn45.
