Seafarers profile on Esamudra

Good day sir
I need to renew my Masters COC , for which I need to register myself at Esamudra and update my profile.

  I managed to register initially to at Esamudra with my InDos number and submitted my email ID and site informed that my password has been sent to my email but I did not receive it.

  When I want to update my profile, it asks for my password. I choose FORGET PASSWORD and it informs that password is sent to my email. I still have not received my password

   Please advise where I can register my complaint.
   Helpline Nos are not working and they do not respond to my emails.

  Sir, Please check DG Shipping login problem . Try with default password if you have not changed it . Esamudra is having lot of problems specially after DG Shipping website changed .

  generally.......if the indos is for eg. 10HF1000 then the password should be 10HF10001........... i.e. just add "1" to ur indos no for entering password.
  ID is ur indos ******** then password is ********1

  I completed seafarers registration and I got userID as INDOS no. and password also but I can't login. I got an error message "please click on new user link".
  
  I clicked that link and I select seafarer and entered INDOS and date of birth "already registered" message is displayed. So I click forgot password option and entered INDOS no. and Email ID and I got "email ID mismatch" error message.
  I have to apply DC Endorsment for that I need seafarers profile, so please help me.

  Friend, simply try what Abhay Singh is suggesting above or you can go through

  1. DG Shipping login problem.
  2. eSamudra Registration issue

  The 1st error comes when your userID is not correct. Please check INDOS number / Password, please type in the text box and not copy paste from records as sometimes dash, space may remain.
  The second error is telling that you are properly registered (No problem with that).
  The last error is telling that your registered email-id with this INDOS number is different. Please try some other email id you use, perhaps you registered with another email.
  
  Also note that eSamudra malfunction sometimes so just try after few hours or day and hopefully it should work. If still everything fails try DG Shipping contact number, hope they reply back. Best of luck.
