Indian COC renewal MMD Mumbai

This is to share my experience with my colleagues about my Indian COC renewal at MMD Mumbai.

Mumbai MMD COC renewal form is given and accepted from 0930 till 1330 from Mon to Friday only. I have attached the currently used form for master revalidation and upgradation course.  If you fulfill the requirement in the form, process is smooth and you get original revalidated India COC on the same day by 1600 hrs.
I had done revalidation course on 7th Aug 2012 and my earlier COC was only upto 31st Dec 2016. But this time on 20th Sept. 2016 I put my papers for revalidation, MMD Mumbai validated my certificates till 19th Sept. 2021. I did not do FPFF refresher as I had done referesher AFF.
